Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice to cover a Maternity Leave. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental hygiene services, and contribute to a smooth and effective clinical workplace. Duties
Take dental radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Perform sterilization and infection control procedures
Provide dental hygiene services including scaling, root plaining and polishing
Apply Guided Biofilm Therapy principles using Airflow Prophylaxis Master units
Collaborate with the dentist and team members to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in positive standing with the CDHO
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Current CPR certification
