Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to work on projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in various carpentry techniques, including Framing construction, siding, finishing and restoration work. Must be a team player, have own tools.

Responsibilities
Oversee the construction, restoration, and remodeling of structures using various carpentry techniques.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes throughout all phases of construction.
Train and mentor team members in carpentry skills, including tile laying, concrete forming, caulking, and electrical work.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a carpenter




Experience in restoration projects is highly desirable.
Familiarity with tile laying, concrete forming, caulking, electrical work, and general maintenance person skills.
Excellent communication
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
