We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative /Service Coordinator. Come join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping customers with their inquiries and service requests.
Schedule service & installation appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
Managing permits, equipment registrations.
Coordinate installation & service orders, ensuring all necessary parts and equipment are available.




Maintain accurate customer records and service history.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the service / install team to optimize schedules and meet customer needs.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat

Qualifications:
You've got great communication skills and love helping people.
You're organized and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
HVAC experience is a plus, we're willing to train the right person.
At least 2 years customer service experience, with exceptional phone skills.
Proficiency in using computer software and office tools.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
