Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part time Supply Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing a nurturing and educational environment. This role is essential in supporting classroom activities and ensuring that children receive the care and attention they need to thrive.

Recent VSC, 2-step TB test, and First Aid required.

Duties
Assist in the supervision of children during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Support lead educators in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to early childhood development.
Engage with children in a positive manner, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Help maintain a clean and organized classroom setting conducive to learning.
Communicate effectively with children, parents,



and staff to promote a team-oriented atmosphere.
Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Experience
Previous experience in caregiving or early childhood education is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with classroom settings and educational practices is beneficial.
A genuine interest in educating young children and supporting their developmental needs is essential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
