Responsibilities

' Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
Prepare coffee, beverages, and serve baked goods according to company standards.
Operate POS systems including Micros POS for transactions.
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food handling areas.




Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Support team members in daily operations to create a welcoming workplace.'
Qualifications

' Proven experience as a barista or in food service is preferred.
Robust customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Valuable time management skills to handle busy periods.
Knowledge of food safety standards.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
