We’re currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our high-performing admin team. If you’re detail-oriented, cooperative, and ready to play a vital role behind the scenes with room for career growth, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead
Process and reconcile payables, receivables, and internal statements
Work with vendors to resolve billing issues and outstanding credits
Maintain organized, accurate financial records
Post vehicle deals, warranty transactions, and other dealership-specific items
Support monthly close procedures and reporting
Ensure timely, accurate data entry across departments
Updating general ledgers
Document filing




Monthly reporting

Performance Essentials
1–2 years of accounting or clerical experience (dealership experience is an asset)
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other MS Office programs
Experience with PBS, CDK, or other dealership accounting software is an asset
Full-time availability — Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a team-driven environment
