Duties of the Role
Prepare and serve a variety of ice creams and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with selections, upselling products, and answering questions!
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, equipment, and serving stations in compliance with food safety standards

Qualifications




Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required!
Solid customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities.
Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients, and managing transactions.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
A passion for serving customers and creating enjoyable dining experiences!
