We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Framer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on residential and light commercial construction projects, completing framing work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Hour:8am-6Pm, 1 hour lunch break, 0.5h paid, overtime pay, vacation pay. telehandler on site.

Options to be added in payroll or subcontracting. we are currently working a three story custom home at Sherwood Park area. Must be able to work on roof and truss.

Key Responsibilities
Construct and assemble wood framing for residential and light commercial projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building specifications.
Measure, cut, and install framing materials accurately.
Build walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and other structural components.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure worksite.
Follow safety policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.





Qualifications
Previous framing or general construction experience is preferred.
Ability to read a tape measure and use common construction tools.
Physically capable of lifting, working at heights, and performing repetitive physical tasks.
Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements
Reliable transportation is required. Employees are responsible for getting to various job sites, which may change depending on project needs.
Steel-toe boots and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
