Looking for a part time (Mondays and Fridays) clinic assistant for a medical clinic in Oshawa. The office is fast paced. Strong English skills are a must. Ability to work well with patients, team player, use a computer, robust communication, customer service, multitasking and rapid learning skills are needed. Past medical experience is desired.
The responsibilities includes clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting patients and visitors, preparing exam rooms, organizing and maintaining the office supply and assisting with patient care.
Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
