Job Summary

We are seeking an early morning

agile and detail-oriented assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth by workflow within our team. Support food preparation activities, including baking, cooking, and packaging of baked goods and other menu items
Maintain high standards of food safety and handling protocols in accordance with industry regulations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming environment
Help with kitchen organization, including inventory management and cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards
Assist with food industry-specific tasks such as portioning, garnishing, and quality control checks




Support the team in food packaging for takeout or delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and presentation

Qualifications
Previous bakery experience or familiarity with food preparation and customer service preferred
Skilled in cake decorating and baking techniques
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment with attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and food industry practices
Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, food presentation, and customer interaction
