Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, or maintenance projects by performing manual tasks that require physical strength and stamina. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a solid work ethic, eager to contribute to the successful completion of projects in a safe and productive manner. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
Maintain a clean and protected work environment by adhering to safety protocols
Operate basic tools and equipment as instructed
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently




Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies

Experience
Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not required
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Robust attention to safety procedures and practices
Positive communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned duties effectively
