Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to customers
Utilize technical sales skills to showcase complex products or services effectively
Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities
Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and basic math calculations accurately
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Follow phone etiquette standards when communicating with customers over the phone or online
Keep detailed records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory levels




Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Requirements
Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or merchandising is preferred
Robust communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits
Technical sales experience, including conducting product demos and explaining complex features
Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling best practices
Customer service experience with a focus on building positive relationships and upselling techniques
Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
Professional phone etiquette and solid interpersonal skills for engaging with customers both in person and remotely
