We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. This is daytime work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic. This role offers an chance to contribute to a professional setting where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. MUST be 18 yrs old and ready and willing to work at a fast pace.
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained in accordance with health and safety guidelines
Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
Adhere to the scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes
Experience
Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable with a positive attitude and good communication skills
