Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate MUST have 5+ years of experience, valid drivers license, excellent work ethic, ability to read blueprint documents, robust leadership skills and a passion for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping tasks.

Duties
Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
Build garden features such as retaining walls, pathways, and decorative elements.
Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications
Proven experience in landscaping and stone work.




Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Experience in supervising landscaping projects from start to finish.
Ability to build garden structures and features with attention to detail.
Solid communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
A valid driver's license is a requirement for transportation between job sites. preferably Class A License
