We are seeking a dynamic and skilled In-house Contractor to join our team, bringing expertise in various construction disciplines to support diverse building projects. As a Contractor, you will be responsible for executing high-quality craftsmanship across multiple trades, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will be vital in delivering exceptional results that meet client specifications and project timelines.

Responsibilities
Read technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
Operate hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively during project work
Install cabinetry, flooring, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, as needed
Apply caulking, painting, drywall installation, and other finishing techniques to ensure a polished final appearance




Collaborate with team members to ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications

Requirements
Proven experience in construction or related trades with a strong understanding of building processes
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
Knowledge of painting, drywall finishing and trim work.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality control
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, homeowners and supervisors

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
