We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential building. The successful candidate will live in office and work closely with residents, contractors, property management, and other building staff.

Base salary ranging from $60,000-$65,000 + On-Site Accommodations

As this is a live-in position, the successful candidate will reside on-site and be available to respond to building-related matters as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation.
Provide qualified and responsive service to residents.
Conduct regular building inspections and identify maintenance or safety issues.
Coordinate contractors, trades, deliveries, and service providers.
Oversee preventative maintenance and assist with building projects.




Respond to building emergencies and occasional after-hours issues.
Maintain records of inspections, maintenance, and incidents.
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and other resident requests.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in residential building management, property operations, facilities, or a related role.
Solid customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Practical knowledge of building maintenance and systems.
Ability to coordinate contractors and resolve issues independently.
Professional, approachable, and service-oriented.
Ability to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.
