We are looking for dynamic and friendly individuals to join our Food Service Crew. This position requires driving and is easily accessible to South Edmonton Commons. If you have a love for desserts, enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, and are eager to deliver exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations.
Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas.
Assist with cash register operations, processing transactions, and handling tips.
Ensure all customers have an outstanding experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Assist with setting up and closing down the café, including cleaning, stocking, and inventory checks.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:




Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a café or restaurant setting.
A passion for desserts and a positive attitude.
Robust communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Team-oriented with a solid work ethic.
Ability to handle cash and use a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety standards is an asset.
