General Description

This position maintains production and distribution of product by pulling materials and packaging from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging of bulk product; weighs and verifies accuracy of Customer and HK Kolmar Canada owned inventory on a regular and consistent basis.

Shift

Monday to Thursday, Afternoons 3:00 pm to 1:00 am

Duties and Responsibilities
Assists with moving materials / raw materials / packaging.
Update computer systems (Deacom) - Proficiency with computers
Support other locations as required
Accurately and promptly maintains ERP system when moving materials.
Completes Customer and internal inventories as requested.
Complete cycle counts on a regular basis
Promptly feeds production departments with packaging components as required.
Promptly feeds compounding departments with raw materials as required.
Assists co-workers throughout the plant as required by Supervisor.
Maintains all areas in a clean and safe manner in compliance with GMP, SOPs, Safety Standards




Follows and supports company procedures and policies established by management.
Promptly advises Supervisor of any concerns or issues impacting efficiency

Experience
Minimum of one year of Forklift experience

Education
Grade 12 or equivalent experience

Skill/Knowledge/Licenses
Valid Forklift license (Counter Balance, Reach Truck)
BT Runner experience an asset
WHMIS education
Transportation of dangerous goods (certificate)
Basic math competency
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
Proficient computer skills
