Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring all dishes are prepared accurately and efficiently
Cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including equipment and utensils
Support the team in serving food quickly and courteously during busy periods




Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
Contribute to inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management when stock needs replenishing

Skills
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Solid understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistency in meal quality
Basic kitchen skills including use of cooking equipment, knives, and cleaning tools
Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and contributing positively to the team
