REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years Bartending experience
Minimum 3 years Serving experience
Detailed knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
Knowledge of mixology; creating and crafting balanced cocktails
Understanding of classic cocktail methods and bar tools
Knowledge of Classic Cocktail recipes

RESPONSIBILITIES
Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
Provide cocktail, wine, beer and menu suggestions to guests
Ability to serve guests/tables while making drinks for the restaurant
Attention to detail and adherence to cash handling procedures
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Assist with inventory and inventory control
Daily and weekly cleaning/stocking duties to maintain the bar area and restaurant
