We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel.

Duties:
Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the hotel
Train, supervise, and evaluate staff members to ensure optimal performance
Manage budgets and financial plans to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies
Address guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Maintain a safe and secure setting for guests and employees
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance hotel operations





Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual abilities (preferred)
Proficient in budgeting and financial management
Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
Familiarity with front desk operations, guest services, and customer service standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
