Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Italian Line Cook / Sous Chef to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Italian restaurant, with experience working in Italy considered a strong asset.

We are seeking a dedicated culinary skilled who has a genuine passion for Italian cuisine, strong leadership skills, and excellent knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
Prepare high-quality Italian dishes while maintaining consistency and presentation
Oversee food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain food safety compliance
Maintain cleanliness and organized, clean, and efficient kitchen area at all times
Collaborate with front-of-house team to coordinate serving times and guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the food industry

Skills
Strong food preparation, cooking, and food handling skills
Extensive restaurant experience with a focus on kitchen operations




Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills for effective team coordination
Familiarity with the food industry trends and customer service excellence
Passion for hospitality, serving guests with professionalism and care
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Pay: $19.00-$30.00 per hour
