Responsibilities
Design and create luxury floral arrangements, hand-tied bouquets, vase arrangements, and floral boxes.
Process, condition, and care for fresh flowers to maintain the highest quality.
Answer phone calls, take customer orders over the phone, and provide exceptional customer service.




Assist customers in-store with floral selections and recommendations.
Prepare and package orders for pickup and delivery.
Receive flower shipments and assist with inventory management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled work environment.

Qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Floral Designer in a retail flower shop is required.
Excellent verbal and written English skills are required.
Must be confident taking customer orders over the phone and communicating professionally with customers.
Solid knowledge of flower care and processing.
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs)

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Experience:
working as a Floral Designer in a retail flower shop: 2 years (required)
