Full-Time Kitchen Staff – Sushi Nomi

Sushi Nomi in downtown Victoria is looking for a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Kitchen Staff member to join our team.

We are looking for someone who works well in a busy restaurant environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assist with food preparation
Assist with sushi and Japanese food preparation as needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Support other kitchen team members as needed
Follow recipes, portion standards, and restaurant procedures

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset
Sushi or Japanese restaurant experience is an asset
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Positive communication and teamwork skills




Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Full-time availability is required
