Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to enhance their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling to meet their needs
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
Communicate effectively using phone etiquette and active listening skills to address customer questions or concerns




Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers promptly during busy periods

Qualifications
Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred, especially with POS systems and cash handling
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage confidently with customers and team members
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment
Experience in merchandising, product demos, or technical sales adds value to your application
Ability to work adaptable schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic math proficiency for accurate transactions and balancing registers
