Barista — Mobile Coffee Cart (Events) (Female only)

About the Role
We run a mobile coffee cart that pops up at weddings, corporate functions, and private events across the GTA. We're looking for a barista who can pull excellent shots, whisk a clean matcha, and keep a line moving while making every guest feel taken care of. If you love coffee and thrive in a fast, on-the-go environment, this is for you.

What You'll Do
Pull espresso shots and dial in quality drinks to a consistent standard
Prepare matcha, lattes, teas, and our signature beverages
Serve guests with energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality
Run the cart at events — setup, service, and breakdown
Keep your station clean, stocked, and event-ready
Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Handle transactions accurately and manage a busy rush with composure

What We're Looking For
A female Barista experience preferred, but we'll train the right person who has the right attitude




Solid customer service instincts — friendly, attentive, skilled
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings and weekends
Calm and effective under pressure during busy service
A team player who pitches in wherever needed
Comfortable with the physical side of event work (setup, standing, moving equipment)

This starts with the cart, but it doesn't end there. Strong performers can pick up additional hours and opportunities to work at our shop. If you prove yourself reliable and great with guests, there's real room to grow with us.
