About the Role

Factory Direct Sunrooms is looking for a skilled carpenter or installer who’s ready to step off the tools and move into an office‑based leadership role. You’ll use your hands‑on experience to support operations, improve installation standards, and help train teams across our other locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long‑term stability, career growth, and a mix of office work and occasional travel.

What You’ll Do
Transition into an office‑based role supporting daily operations, scheduling, quoting, and customer communication.
Use your carpentry/installation background to review measurements, drawings, and project plans.
Travel to other Factory Direct Sunrooms locations to train installers, audit quality, and support new teams.
Assist with developing installation guides, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
Coordinate with production to ensure materials, orders, and timelines align with field requirements.
Support sales with technical knowledge and help customers understand product options.
Maintain organized project files, documentation, and digital records.
Contribute to a positive, safe,



and effective work environment.

What We’re Looking For
Carpentry, installation, or construction experience (sunrooms, windows, doors, framing, or exterior work is a bonus).
Strong understanding of measurements, tools, and build processes.
Ready to move into an office role while still staying connected to the field.
Comfortable with computers, digital files, and basic software.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
Willingness to travel for training and support (short trips, scheduled in advance).
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
