Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, welding, and flooring installation to ensure project progress.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks like caulking, tile laying, and construction painting.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support accurate execution of work.
Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up scaffolding or safety barriers.
Support restoration projects by helping with demolition, surface preparation, and finishing work.




Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
Perform general site maintenance including material handling, waste removal, and basic repairs as needed.

Experience
Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction techniques is highly advantageous.
Knowledge of carpentry, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, or plumbing is a plus.
Experience with construction painting, tile laying, flooring installation, or restoration projects is beneficial.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to learning new skills on the job.
Willingness to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
