Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries
Receiving duties and responsibilities as required
Maintain a clean and organized store workplace
Stock shelves, rotation of produce and ensure products are properly displayed
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the manager for restocking needs
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

Requirements:
Robust phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries over the phone
Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) and CAO systems
Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change
Knowledge of technical sales, such as electronics or appliances, is a plus
Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain a tidy store




Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Upselling skills to promote additional products or services

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
