Overview

We are looking for a casual seasonal Baker to join our team in the upcoming holiday months. This seasonal position will be from October to December 31st.

Duties
Prepare a variety of baked goods, including brownies, cookies, tarts, ect
Decorate desserts with creative designs to delight customers and enhance presentation
Handle food preparation tasks such as mixing, assembling, and portioning ingredients efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace to ensure food safety compliance
Package finished products securely for sale ensuring freshness
Provide friendly customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering inquiries
Follow all food handling procedures and safety guidelines to uphold health standards at all times

Skills




Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with rapid-paced environments
Solid skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures
Excellent customer service abilities to create positive interactions with customers
Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
Passion for culinary arts combined with an attitude toward learning recent skills

Pay: $16.15-$17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 20.0 per week
