Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join our team as Bartenders and Servers. In this agile role, you will craft delicious drinks, serve our guests with enthusiasm, and ensure every visitor enjoys a top-notch experience. Your positive attitude and excellent customer service skills will be key to creating a lively and inviting atmosphere.

Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests.
Provide exceptional guest services by engaging with customers, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations.
Handle cash transactions accurately,



including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service for all guests.
Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling and sanitation practices.

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach.
Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks.
Experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is highly desirable.
