Join our dynamic team as a Physiotherapy Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting patients on their journey to recovery! What you’ll do
Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans and therapeutic exercises tailored to individual patient needs
Prepare treatment areas and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe setting for all patients
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to track progress and outcomes
Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and managing patient appointments
Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Coordinate office management tasks such as inventory management of supplies and equipment
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation and communication purposes
Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to ensure seamless communication





Basic qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry and documentation

Preferred qualifications
Experience in administrative roles or as a personal assistant in a healthcare setting
Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks related to office management
Familiarity with DocuSign for managing electronic documents
