We are a VERY busy, rapid-paced Call Team looking for an energetic and dependable person to join us.

This is a non-patient-facing position based in our Administrative Office, not one of our clinical locations. Our Call Team manages a high volume of incoming calls and patient communication throughout the day, so we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being busy, can think on their feet, and brings an upbeat attitude even when things get hectic.

What We Are Looking For
Amazing verbal and written communication skills
Confidence speaking with patients and providing exceptional customer service
Ability to thrive in a busy, rapid-paced workplace
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent phone skills and a friendly, professional personality
Comfortable spending the majority of the workday in a computer and phone-based environment
Organized, efficient,



and able to manage multiple priorities at once
Willingness to learn our processes, receive feedback, and grow with our team
Reliable vehicle and exceptional attendance and punctuality
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
