Salary commences at $32.10 per hour.About the RoleUnder the direction of the Manager, Admissions, the Admissions Advisor provides front‑line support for a broad range of admissions initiatives. The primary responsibility is to offer expert advice and assistance regarding admissions questions and processes for full‑time and part‑time students, while also providing general knowledge assistance in other areas as required.The Advisor must maintain knowledge of programs, courses, academic policies, Humber policies, and MCU policies, as well as confidential information and communication with prospective students, guidance counselors, parents, faculty, administrators, and other authorized third parties.QualificationsTwo‑year diploma or equivalent in Public Relations, Accounting, or Business.Minimum two years of related experience.Demonstrated initiative in planning work and in addressing customer concerns proactively.Experience in a complex service environment with excellent interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.Strong organizational skills; ability to handlemultiple tasks, frequent interruptions, fluctuating volumes, and deadlines.Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to explain complex policies and procedures.Strong computer skills; knowledge of e‑mail software and Microsoft Office,
