This includes the offering and fulfillment of financial services and products to new and existing non‑portfolio aligned members.How You’ll Be Spending Your TimeMember Experience and SalesProactively identify members’ financial goals and provide advice and solutions to support their achievementProvide account,
investment and lending products, within scope of position, to meet member needs:Memberships and accounts including lines of creditConsumer investment products (excluding mutual funds)CardsRegistered productsSafety deposit boxesMobile banking solutionsDay‑to‑day banking needsConduct proactive outreach activities to educate members and prospective members on the value and function of our products and servicesIncrease retention and expansion of member relationships by referring members to appropriate subject matter experts, based on needs, and follow‑up to ensure member satisfactionCompliance and Organizational SupportEnsure complete, accurate and timely documentationAdhere to security and operational policies, procedures and operational controlsEnsure healthy balance between opportunity & risk and between growth & profitability (e.G. through understanding and application of profitability margins in rate negotiation, fee subsidies, etc.)Positively represent Conexus externally to support the growth of our membership and to enhance credit union system support and collaborationProactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and improve operational efficienciesProvide support, assistance and backup as required for retail teamThe Way People Describe YouYou’re a quick thinker,
