ASSISTANT AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional who is ready to take on greater responsibility, develop their leadership skills, and be rewarded for strong performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery
Build strong customer relationships through qualified communication and exceptional service
Work closely with technicians to ensure customer concerns are clearly communicated and repairs are completed efficiently
Review vehicle history and inspections to identify and recommend required maintenance and repairs
Oversee repair orders, warranty claims, payments, parts coordination, and service workflow
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and ensure pricing and repairs are clearly explained
Support technician productivity, quality control, and overall shop efficiency
Assist with internal vehicle reconditioning and dealership coordination
Contribute to a positive, qualified, and high-performing team setting

The Ideal Candidate
Previous automotive service or service advisor experience




Robust customer service and communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Confident leadership and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, professional, and accountable
Passionate about the automotive industry and committed to continued growth
