We are looking for Deck Installer

Job description
Preference will be given to candidate with 4 - 5 years of deck experience.
Perform a variety of tasks including manual and physical labour
Provide support to Crew Leader through various hands on construction and site tasks
Responsible for basic personal hand tools (tool belt)
Responsible to provide own personal protective equipment
A keen eye for details.
A self-starter who needs little supervision.
A desire to surpass the customers’ expectations.
Ability to maintain our quality standards.




Ability to skillfully use hand and power woodworking tools
Must understand measuring tools (in imperial units)
Ability to lift a maximum of 60lbs
Strong attention to detail with precise measuring and cutting skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions/self motivated
Must be safety conscious
Excellent team player
Excellent communication skills
Robust time management and organizational skills
Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn
Must be punctual and personable
Required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Must have G Ontario Driver license
Responsible for own transportation to and from job sites
Other duties will be assigned as required

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
