We are a growing company based in Cambridge, Ontario, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Full time Customer Appointment Setters.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
Schedule appointments for our environmental technicians and installation specialists
Confirm, update, and manage appointment schedules
Maintain accurate customer information and records
Provide exceptional customer service while representing our company

Qualifications
No experience required, paid training provided
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable using computers and basic software applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team




Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a solid work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
