We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Senior Support Worker to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Duties
Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
Administer medications accurately according to prescribed schedules and protocols
Assist with meal preparation to ensure nutritional needs are met and promote healthy eating habits
Support individuals with disabilities or dementia by implementing specialized care plans and engaging in meaningful activities
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a secure living workplace
Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients’ mental well-being




Assist with heavy lifting or transfers using proper techniques and equipment to ensure safety for both clients and caregivers

Qualifications
Proven experience in assisted living, home care, or nursing home environments
Strong background in patient care, caregiving, or hospice support services
Knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively when necessary
Excellent communication skills with a caring and respectful attitude
Relevant certifications in nursing or caregiving are preferred but not mandatory
Experience working with elderly or vulnerable populations is advantageous

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
