LJ Patterson Sales & Service is looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Heavy Duty Parts Advisor to join our growing team. If you have experience with heavy-duty equipment and tractors, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
Assist customers in identifying and sourcing parts for tractors and heavy-duty equipment
Provide accurate parts recommendations and technical support
Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts
Work closely with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain an organized and clean parts department

What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of tractors and heavy-duty equipment (required)
Previous parts or service experience in an agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment setting




Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
