Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Duties - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Operate the POS system accurately
Assist with food preparation and handling when necessary Requirements
Strong customer service skills - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus -
