Action Collections & Receivables Management is one of the fastest growing collection agencies in Canada. Due to our ongoing success and growth we are in the process of expanding our Collection call center in Toronto, Ontario.

We are conveniently located at Steeles Ave and Victoria Park and currently provide collection services to a broad range of Canadian corporations. Our clients include many of Canada’s largest banks, leasing companies, utilities and government sectors that have come to rely on

ACRM for proven results and assistance in managing their portfolios by controlling delinquency and increasing recoveries.

Due to our rapid growth we are looking to recruit multiple self-motivated, career minded individuals to augment our team. The shifts we are interested to fill is Monday - Friday 1230p.m. to 9:00p.m. or; Monday - Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. both with alternating Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.If you are considering a career in receivables management - we encourage you to apply and look forward to meeting you.

Collection Officers are responsible for:




Initiating outgoing calls to consumers on behalf of our clients
Managing incoming calls and discussing account status
Negotiating repayment options of overdue accounts

We are interested in hearing from experienced, career-minded individuals with:
Experience in 1st/3rd party collections
Call Center experience of any kind is an asset
Skilled at overcoming obstacles/objections while negotiating
Ability to prioritize and organize
Excellent oral communication skills
Able to pass a criminal background check
