Job Summary: We are seeking a vigilant and experienced Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a protected and secure setting for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position preferred
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
Surveillance skills and detail orientation
Integrity and professionalism
Physical stamina and fitness
Preferred Qualifications:
Alberta Security Guard License (Mandatory)
Previous experience in a similar role (Not Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations
Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
