We are conveniently located and provide collection services to a broad range of Canadian corporations. Our clients include many of Canada’s largest banks, leasing companies, utilities and government sectors that have come to rely on ACRM for proven results and assistance in managing their portfolios by controlling delinquency and increasing recoveries.

Responsibilities:
Experience in collections with emphasis on Secured Financing (NOSI), Sales Contracts and Automotive - Conditional Sales Contracts.
Locate and contact consumers regarding overdue accounts
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, analytical skills and ability to focus on task-on-hand
Ability to resolve and communicate problems and resolutions Requirements:

Excellent work ethic: punctual, reliable,



positive ability to work with targets and deadlines Assertive and effective negotiator
Work in a quick-paced, high-pressure setting
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Perfect command of the English Language

Pay: $38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
