Responsibilities
Lead and supervise pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of patient care and medication management
Oversee medication dispensing, administration, and inventory control to maintain accuracy and safety
Collaborate with healthcare specialists to optimize medication therapy plans, including pediatrics and acute care cases
Ensure compliance with policies, medical terminology standards,



and regulatory requirements
Provide training and mentorship to pharmacy team members on medication protocols and patient care procedures
Manage medication procurement, storage, and documentation processes efficiently

Skills
Proven experience in Commu nity pharmacy settings with a focus on acute care environments
Solid knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in medication dispensing and record keeping
Effective communication skills for collaboration with healthcare providers and patients
Ability to adapt quickly in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality standards
