Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including utensils, equipment, and prep areas
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service during busy hours
Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation




Support the overall kitchen operations by assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or kitchen setting
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant experience is highly desirable
