Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets quality standards
Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing tills at shift end
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling and kitchen spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service




Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Follow all sanitation and safety protocols to uphold food industry standards

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is advantageous
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in the food industry
Experience in serving or cashiering roles that involve guest interaction and upselling techniques is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
