Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to join our team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Ideal candidates will possess robust communication skills, excellent time management, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Experience in cleaning, laundry, and hospitality is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Prepare light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills
Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and household items
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction




Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or requests
Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Uphold safety standards and use cleaning equipment responsibly

Requirements
Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
Prior experience in cleaning, residential cleaning, or hospitality is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of duties
Ability to perform light cooking and laundry tasks as part of the cleaning routine
Outstanding communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a professional attitude
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach client locations on time

Pay: $15.19-$26.96 per hour
