VIH Helicopters, a division of VIH Aviation Group has an immediate opening for Stores Admin Person to join their team!

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with 2+ years hands on experience within stores/warehouse setting and exceptional communication and computer skills.

The appropriate candidate will have demonstrated experience and knowledge in the following areas:
Picking parts for aircraft, work orders, base transfers.
Part locating and relocating
Assist with Inventory Count & other projects as required.
Filing, Scanning Documents.
Communicating proactively with internal and external customers by providing accurate and timely information on inventory status.
Issuing/Returning Inventory and keeping stock levels accurate.
Interprets, monitors and communicates stores procedures.
Fill in for Shipping/Receiving when required.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Follow best practices driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have at least 2+ years of related experience.




The successful candidate should also be a self starter who is able to prioritize projects and task-based work in a demanding workplace.
Must have a positive attitude, demonstrated exceptional technical, communication, computer and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Note that training shifts will be Monday – Friday. Once the training period has been completed the shifts will be Thursday – Monday with possible overtime.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
