We are currently looking for a Service Advisor at Nissan of Duncan!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Scheduling customer appointments, follow up after service appointments
Providing estimates and quoting repair work
Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required
Completing work orders and collecting payment
Recommending additional service work and upselling maintenance packages
Following up with customers after appointments
Maintaining above region CSI as an advisor

Skills and Attributes:
Experience working in a service department (1-year minimum)




Able to work independently, with limited supervision
Basic knowledge of automotive
Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced workplace
Excellent time management skills
Valid driver's license, provide a clean driver abstract

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
